Advice
The provision of advice is the cornerstone of what we do. We empower people to take action to reduce their home energy use, which will reduce their carbon footprint, lower their energy bills, and help them to feel warm and well through Winter.
Much of our advice is centred around the 4 routes to affordable warmth, which are:
- Avoiding excessively high energy tariffs
- Adopting more energy efficient behaviour at home
- Installing energy efficient products and appliances
- Maximising household income
Please see below topics of advice on which we have fact sheets prepared. We want to make them available here to everybody, so we can all take action to cushion the blow of the continuing Price Cap rises.
