Thanks to new and continued funding from a range of partners, our charity is recruiting to our existing teams providing support to residents across Merseyside and Cheshire.

ABOUT |
After full training to become a qualified Energy Advisor, you will engage with residents by phone, at community engagement events, and in their home, to provide advice and support around reducing energy waste, increasing household energy efficiency, to drive down both energy bills and carbon footprints. |

You will support the Projects Manager in ensuring high quality advice and service is provided to clients and will be the first point of contact for colleagues for any advice query. You will directly support a caseload of clients alongside supervising day to day advice team operations playing an important role in monitoring key performance indicators, analysing data, and facilitating communication within the team.
