Under the energy companies obligation (ECO) utility companies have to set aside funds to help householders install loft and cavity wall insulations.

Energy Projects Plus are helping promote such schemes by providing free phone service and referring into these free schemes, one of the schemes that we worked to promote was EON’s free insulation scheme in Sefton.
