Managing insulation schemes;
Loft and Cavity wall insulation are still the most straight forward and effective way to reducing heat loss in the home resulting in saving energy and reducing fuel bills. Schemes all over the country have been set up to provide low cost insulation and in many areas free. In Merseyside and Cheshire we have been working in partnership with utility companies and councils to deliver a number of insulation schemes amongst them the award winning scheme Warmer Wirral

Managing Heating Schemes
Fuel Poverty in England has been one of the pressing issues the government has been facing in the last decade as a result there have been growing commitment from councils, utility companies and energy conservation organisations up and down the country to work towards reducing fuel poverty. Energy Projects Plus has been in front line helping local councils and utility companies in Merseyside and Cheshire setting up and managing projects to reduce fuel poverty within vulnerable groups.

Managing small scale renewable scheme
Our dependency on fossil fuels has and is still putting pressure on our planet and its resources, generating our own energy and heat through the use of renewable technology can reduce our impact on the planet as well as help us gain control of our energy use and costs. Renewable energy can be from sunlight, wind, heat from underground, water or air. Energy Projects Plus has been working with local authorities and other partners to develop schemes to help local people and communities install renewable energy technologies in Cheshire and Merseyside.

In the past we managed a scheme for Wirral Borough Council helping install solar water heating systems for householders in (the triangle area)
We have installed solar water heating on the roof of our main office in Falkland Road, Wallasey and we are enjoying hot water courtesy of the sun.
