Loft and Cavity wall insulation are the most straight forward and effective way to reduce heat loss in the home and lower energy bills.  Schemes all over the country offer low cost insulation and in many areas free. In Merseyside and Cheshire we work in partnership with utility companies and councils to deliver a number of insulation schemes.

Fuel Poverty, where a household spends 10% or more of their income on energy bills, remains one of the most pressing issues.  Energy Projects Plus has been in front line helping local councils and utility companies in Merseyside and Cheshire to set up and manage projects to reduce fuel poverty within vulnerable groups.

Our dependence on fossil fuels has and is still putting pressure on our planet and its resources.  Generating our own energy and heat through the use of renewable technology can reduce our impact on the planet as well as help us gain control of our energy use and costs. Renewable energy can be from sunlight, wind, heat from underground, water or air. Energy Projects Plus has been working with local authorities and other partners to develop schemes to help local people and communities install renewable energy technologies in Cheshire and Merseyside.
