Update: March 2024
Please be advised, the LEAP Boiler Scheme has reopened for a short while, and will close again to new applications at the end of April, or when funds are exhausted, whichever is sooner. The application is made by a LEAP energy assessor, as part of a home visit, so there are now only limited appointment slots remaining to us.
We expect the scheme to return in Autumn 2024, supporting clients through the colder months to March 2025.
We will update this page once the scheme returns, and we will update any changes to scheme eligibility.
In the meantime, you can still refer clients to us for assistance with their heating systems. Some may be eligible for alternative funding (e.g. Energy Company Obligation/Home Upgrade Grant), and some may be happy to wait till Autumn to be assessed for the possibility of a free replacement for their broken boiler.
