Funded by the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme (www.energyredress.org.uk), Energy Projects Plus is delivering the Energy Redress COVID-19 Crisis Fund project as part of our Warmth For Health project activities. This grants access to our energy advisors to apply for emergency fuel vouchers to assist vulnerable, low-income, prepay meter customers within the Cheshire East, Cheshire West & Chester, Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Warrington local authority areas, who are at risk of self-disconnection, or who have already self-disconnected. The Wirral area is already served for this purpose, through our Fuelbank project.
This project is accepting referrals until the 8th of October 2021 and is not open to the general public; clients must be referred by an organisation such as their local Citizens Advice office, or Age UK. Any agency referring clients to us must not publicize the project to the general public.
If you are working with a client who requires assistance to top-up their prepay meter, use our dedicated fuel voucher referral form to send their details to us, and one of our energy advisors will make contact as soon as possible, to assess eligibility and help wherever appropriate.
If you are a prepay customer at risk of self-disconnection, or already self-disconnected, you can request a callback by completing our contact us form.
