We’re excited to be growing our work with community organisations in new ways with funding from The National Lottery Climate Action Fund as part of the Cool Wirral Thriving Communities programme on Wirral.
We’re recruiting for 2 new roles – Sustainable Organisations Adviser and Community Renewable Energy Adviser – to work directly with community organisations, providing support to leaders to understand their buildings resource needs and to act to reduce costs and impacts through energy and resource efficiency, renewable and low carbon energy solutions thereby creating greater resilience.
Community Renewable Energy Adviser: Engage & support VCF (Voluntary Community Faith) sector group leads to commit to receiving support to investigate the feasibility of installing energy efficient measures and low carbon energy generation to reduce their buildings energy demand, bills and carbon footprint.
