Aim:
To reduce fuel poverty in Cheshire East by providing a single point referral system to assist vulnerable residents.
Objective:
To enable front-line workers from the council and other agencies to get appropriate help to residents by referring them to a central point which then passes the referral to the most appropriate organisation. Energy Projects Plus provides training to raise awareness of the referral system and issues such as fuel poverty, how to refer residents in need and the help available.
