What difference do we make?
People’s Experience of our Advice Team
” Thank you so very much. You can imagine how relieved and grateful I feel right now. This grant will make an enormous difference and will allow me to clear the debts with my energy supplier and start to breathe again.
I feel lighter already and genuinely happier for the first time in a long while. I am deeply appreciative of the support you have given me and the time you took to consider my application. Your help has changed things for me in a practical way, and it has given me hope and peace of mind that I didn’t think I would have so soon.
Thank you again for your kindness and for making this possible. I am truly grateful”. B, Merseyside
“We have seen a lot of local people, who are struggling to put food on the table as well as heat their homes, being helped by the Energy Projects Plus team. The team is great to work with and their passion and commitment to helping people in fuel poverty is fantastic.” Clare Bedford, Widnes Foodbank Manager
“I couldn’t afford to pay for a new boiler and I’d tried to get assistance from other schemes, but I didn’t qualify. When I found out that the Health Through Warmth scheme was able to help me to install the new boiler and help me to fund it, I was just lost for words. I’m so pleased and have peace of mind knowing we can rely on our heating system.” William, Merseyside

Independent Environmental Accreditation
We are committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards across our work, including independent accreditations.
Back in March 2010 we achieved accreditation for BS 8555 Phase 3 Environmental Management System and this accreditation was renewed in March 2011. Following this, in December 2012, we were awarded ISO 14001 accreditation which has been renewed annually since.
We continuously strive towards putting effective environmental management systems in place in the office and beyond. We have an internal Environmental Management Systems Steering Group, set up to manage and implement our environmental policy.
